Does it cost extra? 
We can actually save you money by ordering your vehicle! Ford is offering great incentives on custom orders and since this process saves us money, we can pass the savings on to you.

Do I have to make a deposit? 
This varies based on your model and other specifications. In some cases, there may not be a deposit required at all! 

How long will it take to get my vehicle? 
Current wait time for an ordered unit is around 8 weeks, excluding Bronco.  

Can I place my order online? 
Yes! The custom order process is simple. fun, and easy. We can work with you to complete your order online, by phone, or in person.

Can I see a preview of my vehicle? 
Yes! Our special tools allow you to build your vehicle and see every feature and color along the way. 

What if I'm not comfortable ordering before I test drive? 
We get it. We still have vehicles on the lot and would be glad to let you test drive in the model of your choosing. If you like the way it feels, then you can build one to your exact specifications and feel confident you'll enjoy the driveability. 

Is my ordered vehicle eligible for Ford incentives?
Ordering customers will be eligible for qualifying incentives at the time of order placement or qualifying incentives at the time of final delivery, whichever is preferred.

If I would like to finance my purchase or lease my ordered vehicle, how can I do that?
Our dealership would be happy to help explain your options and help you arrange financing.

Once my vehicle is ordered, how can I track it?
Once your vehicle has been assigned a VIN, you can track your order using this website:

Where and when would I get my VIN to track my vehicle?
Your dealership representative will be able to provide you the VIN once it's been established.

How will I be notified when the vehicle is being delivered?
Once your vehicle has arrived at the dealership, your dealership representative will contact you to confirm its arrival, collect any additional information needed to complete the sale and schedule a convenient time and location for final delivery to you.
